What is producer's role?
The producer’s role is to assist in managing the administrative and technical aspects of the meeting. The producer will be able to:

Provide logistical instructions at the beginning of each session and activity

Help with any troubleshooting (disconnection, problem with audio or any other technical issue...)

Sort, open, and close breakout rooms

Launch and close polls

Monitor the chat for any issues

Mute participants
A call with organiser is necessary before the event to get on the same page regarding the flow and the roles.
